This ceramic core element lasts more than 20 times longer than our standard Ni-Chrome element. Not only that, but it heats up twice as fast and holds the temperature better. No more stopping and waiting for the heat to build up. If you use your welder continuously, you need to get this element. Temperatures up to 850°F (454°C).

Made from cast brass, this tip fits the Model 3 through Model 6 plastic welders. It has a 1/8" diameter hole and will accept rods 5003R1 through 5003R7, as well as 5003R12.
