| Open the packet containing the Plastic Cleaner wipe and clean the area where the patch will be applied. | ![]() |
| Once the cleaner has evaporated fully, open the packet containing the Adhesion Promoter and wipe the area where the patch will be applied. | ![]() |
| With a heat gun, heat the patch until the edges begin to curl. If a heat gun is not available, bake the patch in an oven at 200°F (93°C) until the edges begin to curl. | ![]() |
| While the patch is still hot and pliable, remove the red film from the adhesive and press the patch into place. | ![]() |
| The more surface area that the patch has contact with, the stronger the repair will be. If you have some areas of the patch that did not get contact with the plastic, you can reheat the patch until it is pliable and press it into place. | ![]() |

| This is a TPO bumper and fillers do not bond well to TPO unless an adhesion promoter is applied so, apply Filler Prep adhesion promoter to any exposed plastic. | ![]() |
| Mix and apply Flex Filler to fill the hole and allow time for the filler to cure fully. While the filler is sandable in about 20 minutes, adhesion is not maximized until the filler is fully cured. This is especially important on TPO and polypropylene. It takes about 24 hour for the filler to cure fully but, you can speed up the cure time with heat. Full cure can be achieved in about 20 minutes at 140°F (60°C) | ![]() |
| Sand filler flush and it is ready for primer and paint. | ![]() |
